- TDC: 2+ 2 ((for Major) each
- Post-Graduation (Distance mode): 2 each
- Faculty members: 5 books at a time
- Staff members: 3 books at a time
- Rs 1/- is charged for each photocopy.
- Late fine: Rs. 1/- per book per day

The rapid changes in Knowledge and information in the day to day life of the society and the enormous flow of Print and E-reading materials has made libraries a challengeable. The Central Library, Moridhal College, Dhemaji is also making its humble contribution in empowering the students with Knowledge. I hope that the new library website would cop up the needs of readers of the Library Collections, e-resources and services in their overall development.”
